    I am a 20 yr old female who is only 5'0 & 100lbs and is fairly active, I rub a lot . I take spironolactone which is a diuretic and I've heard diuretics help clean urine. I've been smoking pot just about every day for the past year with about an average of twice a day, rarely not at all, sometimes just once. I stopped smoking on June 16th and haven't smoked. My urine test is July 29th. What are some ways to make sure my test is clean but not invalid (aka too dilute)? Any opinions on me being cleaning by this date, I know I smoked a lot but in keep in mind this is 6 weeks without smoking at all.

    I rub a lot too. It only gets me in trouble if I rubbing one out in public.

    We don't judge, if it feels good, do it. Why are you having trouble remembering if you're 20 or 21? Did you forget what year you were born?
