I need help for a drug test

    I am a 42 year old male about 165lbs...I have not smoke for 72 days, I smoke maybe 4 to 5 times a week prior to that for about a year and a half and I have a hair folicle test coming up in 5 days....What can I do or what do I need to do to make sure I pass this hair test. I cut my hair a few weeks ago and it is approximately 1 1/2 inches long....what do I need to do please help
