but anyways, i literally just got my possession ticket for... well weed like an hour ago? and im smokin a blunt now, but anyways, if i get my weed card before i go to court for the misdemeanor, does it automatically just go away or what, is it even possible to get my card after that?
Getting your card now probably won't get you out of the ticket, but I don't know the exact laws regarding that. They would probably want to see proof that you already had the card prior to getting the ticket. I doubt it is like getting a ticket for not having an up to date registration sticker and then getting it dismissed if you get your sticker before going to court. It probably can't hurt to try though.
