i have a question about this light bulb

    I am on a bit of a budget and cant spend 90 dollars on light bulbs, If I go with 6500k for veg., How long will it take to get to about 15 inches, I'd guess a month? What would be some of the cons going with a 2700k for the whole time. Can I use 6500k the whole time?
    I know I have had alot of questions but you guys have helped me out big time.

    yea, i hear 100w for a plant 50watt for each additinal

    Yeah see u kno more then me but yeah if no one educated in horticulture doesnt respond sum good ol google should help

    ok thanks, and if i use 6 42 watt cfls could i start 6 plants then get rid of say two or 3 cuz you know theres the ones that dont make it

    Yeah should b fine too much light does nothing for the babies but they r just cfls so i wouldnt worry bout it

    any one think that a 150 watt hps and 4 100 watt cfl over kill for 3 autos and a few seedlings??

    i belive the 4 100 watt cfls would work
