I have a 2 foot flourence holder but only one side of it works( meaning that when both bulbs are in only one lights up.. ) will this be enough to just veg a few plants before i transplant them outside.???
yes should be enough, you will have to keep them very close to it, touching even if its a cool bulb.. Maximum you can get under thant 2 ft is 3 plants in 4 inch pots.
