I think weed makes you cough up the sickness lol I've been smoking now that I'm sick too and I've been getting better. Also when I had bronchitis I smoked 3 days in a row and I think I was coughing so much that I coughed up the bronchitis and was better by the 4th day Not claiming it works for everyone but....it did work for me. Try to stay warm and dose up on vit C so that it doesn't come back.
