1)if your referring to LST SCRoG growing its to hold up the weight of the buds while they flower. Go Read the LST SCRoG sticky to learn more. 2)Usually if you plant a plant, it takes 2-3 weeks for the plant to use up the nutrients in the soil. so after that you can start nuting it every 20-28 days or so. 3)Usually it takes about 1-2 weeks for it to show signs of flowering after you put it on the 12/12 cycle, thats about when it shows the sex. 4) Every 3-4 days (or when your moisture meter says moist/dry at the bottom) water it until 30% of what your pot can hold comes out of the bottom. 5) That is WAY to vague to even answer. Your the one fabricating this 'drip system' so you need to calibrate it accordingly. I wouldnt touch an auto watering system as it could overwater or underwater your plants.. just get a ph/moisture meter and do it yourself..
