Been working out the past 3 weeks.. taking everyday a bit more serious.. 3 weeks ago i wouldnt be able to play a single game of basketball without subbin out to take a breathe.. I ran full court basketball today for about 3 hours.. 4 on 4.. doing as much cardio right now as i possibly can, i was 210 and im now bouncing around at 200-204 depending how much i drink during my workout.. i feel great grass city.. any tips on how to tone up would be great.. or something to mix up in my workout..
