Hey everyone! Long time lurker this is my first time posting! I came up with a very original idea for a TV show. I know the exact demographic the show would be aimed for, it does have to do with smoking . I have written a treatment describing main characters, the setting, and the synopsis of the show. The dozen or so people that have read it said i should really look into getting some writers to write something for it. So what can I do to get the ball rolling and see if this might actually work? send the treatment to a producer i have in mind? Hire a lawyer? Thanks in advance! Any input will help.
If I were you I'd copyright it as soon as possible. Other than that, though, I can't really help you.
