I just started a 2nd regime of hula hoop classes at this local place, Serpentine Studios - Home I had taken the beginner course during the summer and never really noticed how toned I was getting until I had stopped, and all that unwanted flabby stuff came back It was just hard to stay motivated when I wasn't learning new tricks every week. I'm now back and also taking a body boot camp class once a week as well. Anyone else hoop for exercise or just for fun?
