  2. Might as well put in my 2p worth on this as well...

    Problem at source? What? Sort out 'Broken Britain'? Come on, successive governments have not managed this since the time of Cromwell...

    You are never going to equalise the distribution of wealth problem in a capitalistic society, just like you can never fully redistribute wealth in a communist one. People will always be rich, others will always be poor. Some idiot will have his helicopter, just as some other idiot will always have his giro cheque...

    What hasn't helped this particular time has been the global economic troubles causing many people to lose jobs, the government coffers being practically empty after ten years of pseudo-socialism, and the fact that Britain is, in a global scale, a well paid nation of people. This has meant that foreign countries investment has gone elsewhere, where wages are lower, leading to lack of new jobs being created, and a government squeezing tax money from people left, right and centre, or cutting services. This has helped to add to the general feelings of discontentment, in a nutshell.

    Go on, sort it out, I dare you...
