How to use rso

    Hello! I'm new to the community, but not at all new to medical marijuana. Today my dispensary suggested I try rso as an alternative to sugary edibles, since I'm trying to eat less sugar. Unfortunately they did not tell me much about using it, so I don't know how to dose it or how to use it. Do I place a little under my tongue? Maybe put it in something? I'm lost, haha.
