    I've had really good luck meeting people who smoke. Like someone else said find a cig smoker.

    I used to smoke cigs and that was the easiest way to start a convo.

    "hey man you smoke cigs?"
    "yeah"
    "you smoke anything else?"
    "yes/no"

    That simple.
