you need to harvest them, dry them, prune them, cure them. Do a search and check out the grow guides to find information on these.
this is what i do i cut the branches off, pick off the water leaves and hang the branches you cut off up side down until you can hear the stems crackle a little when you bend them. then you cut the buds off and put them in a jar for a couple weeks and open it every 2days
