How to give urself the heimleck manuever?

Luckily they taught me this in health class, if your choking find a rail or even a chair and position your stomach on the top of the back rest of the chair and bend forward and the chair replicates a human trying to force your stomach upwards so that you can cough up what ever it is your choking on.

 

you dont... you just choke and die normally.

I put the car into drive and put a rock on the pedal and run at the car as fast as I can
