So my wax pen isn’t hitting no more but there’s so much wax left still but it won’t go where the hole is so every time I hit it no smoke comes out PLEASE HELP
I've filled tons of these. The oil is available to the wick as shown in the photos.The problem might be that the atomizer is fried. Sometimes the heating coil inside the cartridge that wraps around the wick stops turning on. It's a pain when that happens before your oil is used up, meaning it probably has old components. Unfortunately you can't do anything but get the oil out. sitnspin420 is right - a hair dryer works good. Unscrew the cap and turn it upside down while using the hair dryer to coax the oil out into glass or silicon. Then dab or put in bowls or joints. Sent from my SM-J700T using Tapatalk
Take an alcohol soaked cotton swab and swab off the heating surface. Often there will be a buildup that interferes with conduction and it doesn't take a lot.
