    Hello!

    I suffer from insomnia (due to chronic back pain) and am attending Pepperdine University in California in the spring of 2012. It's in Santa Clara County. I currently live out of California state. Is there a good way for me to prepare to be able to get a card for the plant? I don't want to break any laws at all. I am a nineteen year old female.
