There is no set amount, you have to give it what it needs. When very small you want it moist but not flooded all the time. after the first true leaves form let it dry a bit between waterings. They need to get air to the roots along with water so they need to be watered then let it dry before the next watering. I lift the pot to see how heavy it is, a light one needs water a heavy one will wait. mj

If it takes a liter before you get runoff then that's how much you give. If it only takes a 1/2 liter then just give them 1/2. Giving too much water at once isn't usually a problem. Not giving them enough, or giving it too often are more common issues.
