How much soil for hole?

    I'm going to dig a 2' wide and 2' deep hole. How much soil will this be around?

    if your hole is 2'l x 2'w x 2'h then that is 8 square feet of soil. i'm thinking this is not quite what you are looking for in terms of an answer.
