    You just get a head rush from lack of oxygen. The same thing happens when you are sick and cough heavily; you get dizzy and feel 'high'.

    If you are taking hits that make you cough routinely you're beating the shit out of your lungs. Be responsible in your smoking and you'll live a lot longer to enjoy it :)

    ive heard before that coughing opens the capilaries in your lungs and more thc gets into your blood. seems believable but i guess you'd have to cough a shit load lol
