And is this method fine for collecting pollen? Use a plastic bag around male branch with sacks, shake good. Then put the bag around the female bud site and shake and leave it on for a few days?
yup that method is fine just be sure not to beat the hell out of mom or squeze the bud. its nice to hit the fem with pollen at 2-3 weeks in. seeds will develop well in 30 days or so, but a bit longer is good. air those seeds out for at least a week after removing from the bud.
Start of week three into flowering, You will have about a quater to cotton ball sized bud to pollinate, this gives you plenty of white pistils to pollinate. Seeds ripen in about 5-6 weeks. So pollinating in week 3 of floral stage gives you the 5-6 weeks of seed developement harvesting budz and seeds end of week 8-9. Good lucK
