How many plants should i throw in my tent under a 400w

    So my tent is about 4 feet wide, 2 feet deep, and 5 feet tall.
    I have a 400watt light in there and I was wondering how many I should put in there.
    I was thinkin 4 in 3 gallon pots, any input?

    Depends how long you want to veg.If you want to only veg 1 month pack it full of 3 gal pots.Can prolly do 8 or so 3 gal in there.

    If you veg 2 months prolly 4-6 5 gal pot size plants.

    I personally would stuff it with 3 gal pots as many as I can,and veg 1 1/2 months.From seed that is.Clone just 1 month.

    i have 4 in 3 gal pots. but gonna be transplanting them into 4 gal this weekend.

    400w is probably best for around 4-5 plants, 600w 8-10 plants to be adequate for penetration.
