How many fans hooked up to 12v?

    How many fans can you hook up to a 12V DC adapter? Would I notice a difference with 1 fan compared to 3 or 4? Or do I need 1 DC adapter per computer fan?

    ^^^ horse crap.

    you can hook up as many fans as the adapter has power for. read the back. 12v at a certain amp. add up the fans. make sure you allow some for safety.

    The 12v adapter I got from Radioshack is rated to 1000mA, or 1 Amp. Most 80mm pc fans only draw 200, maybe 300mA. Mine draws, 200mA so I could run 4 and be on the safe side.
