I ordered an ash catcher from Grasscity on September 1st. I live on the east coast, and with the same shipping, all my other Grasscity orders have been here within 7 days. Today is day 12. The order status online says "complete" but gives no further detail. Am I just being impatient? Oh, and I apologize if this belongs in another section...I just figured toking tools since I'm waiting on a tool.
If the status says complete I would contact them immediately, because obviously the order is not complete.
