For the germination and seedling stage, I decided to use solo cups. When would be a good time to transplant the seedlings to bigger pots? I'm only transplanting once during this grow.
7-10 days after sprout, no longer. Roots grow very quickly, and you should see roots start to wrap around the bottom around day 7-8 depending on strain/conditions/etc.
