how long does thc to leave your system - for a drug test

    Hi all, so I really don't smoke regularly at all, and its has been since Sunday (1/11) since I've smoked any, but i did smoke Wednesday threw Sunday, like a bowl a day. i was just wondering how long thc would be in my system, and if things like drinking a bunch of water can help flush it out, because i have a surprise drug test this Friday and i just want to make sure I'm all good. the test isn't for anything big just random from my doctor. any help and/or tips will be greatly appreciated. thank you for your time!!

    Drink lots of water try and sweat some more than usual maybe work out a little. Get some home test from rite aid or some place and test yourself at home so you can know.
