I have 32oz wide mouth mason jars that I plan to put dried bud in with a boveda 8g 62% rh pack in with a small hygrometer in it. Do you put the boveda in the jar the day you put the bud in or do you wait to do it?
I put them in from day 1 in the jar. Never went wrong. It will wick any extra moisture out the bud if there is, and ensure a stable humidity in the jar even if it continues to draw moisture out of the bud. Thanks. I read that different people do different things with it which is why I was wondering what people would recommend for it.
After the bud is in my jars, Boveda goes on top. I do a quick burp once per day when using Boveda packs.
