I ordered a Molino Glass about 10 days ago. When I added it to my cart I scrolled down to see the total. Just below the total is a spot for shipping information. I filled this out and provided my AMEX card. After submitting I got a message saying my card had to be manually verified and that they would contact me if there is a problem. I haven;t seen any charges on my online credit card statement. I haven't heard anything from Gasscity. I have sent an email to support@grasscity.com about five days ago. No luck. I submitted a support requested 24 hours ago and still nothing. Just wondering if what I am experiencing is the 'norm' or out of the ordinary. I am anxiously awaiting my new Molino Glass!
