How exactly does the rep system work?

    i know how to +rep and -rep people, but i'm not quite sure how the points work, and how it affects the number of green bars you have. can someone clear the air for me? thanks :)

    Goes up in Hundreds, if u get repped from someone with light green bars then they give u 10 points. Im not sure on what the magic number is when u get green bars but im not populer enough for that :(

    Depends on how big your e-dick is.
