How easy?

    To grow out doors can i just, plant some germated seeds and hope for the best?

    Yes, you could..you could just plant your seeds and keep an eye on them, keep them watered...you might wanna germinate the seeds before you do it..

    i think its pretty risky why can tu just start in cups?
