How does this work?

  1. Hey all, I'm from Ohio. We're on the verge of legalizing for medical. I'm pretty sure I qualify on multiple different fronts. My question for those of you in states where medical is already legal is, how does the process start? Do I just ask my doctor if he plans to prescribe it? The bill states that I have to have an existing relationship so I'm trying to get a jump on it. I don't wanna ask and then my doctor treat me weird. Advise is appreciated!

  2. We went to a medical MJ specialist because it was easier and kept the MJ use out of our personal medical records. It still required medical records and history from both of us. At first we were required to use a quack MJ specialist "doctor" now they allow us to have out regular doctor to fill in the paperwork but they are not required to meaning you have to find the right doctor since many will not fill out the paperwork since they don't approve. For that reason I have left my regular doctor out of the equation and go with what works so we see a quack every year.

This is my experience but each state is different and they all change yearly. Case in point is the requirement to see two and get two quacks signatures at first, now we can see just one and this past year regular doctors can fill out the paperwork.
