Looks okay. What are the temps like since you set it up? Looks like you might need some more extraction but it depends on the temps.
Yeah if the temps are that low I don't see them getting too bad with the lights on for 18 hours. Thee extraction fan will definitely do the job.
I'm in the same boat. Ordered some seeds from Nirvana over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive them. I've read about people receiving them in as little as 6 days. I ordered some more from Gorilla and they shipped out yesterday. Let's see which ones I receive first.

I ordered from Nirvana on the 1st, got a shipment notification on the 5th, and received them today, the 22nd. Took longer than I thought and I almost threw them away by accident because it looked like junk mail.
clean your cables up man wrap extra cable up with a zip tie it will make the room look nicer and feel cleaner when working with it
