LST is simple. You just tie stalks to a stationary object with some string, then pull them lower and apart from each other. Only tighten the string until the resistance begins to noticeably increase- remember, this is "low stress". Re-tighten the strings each time the stalks get used to their new position and the tension decreases. I like to drill tiny holes around the rim of 5gal flowering buckets and attach the strings there.
