Does he know you? That's the big difference. I would never approach someone I've never met and tell him my friends buy from you.
No he doesn't but I think I might be able to get one of my friends to text him and I can just go over and make the transaction

He means have your friend introduce you to this person. But if that's not possible today, and you want to try, have your friend call or text and like I said, have him explain the situation. Like " My buddy _____ wants to buy some edibles and I can't get away right now. Would it be okay if I send him over? Let us know how it goes!
No. Have one of your friends introduce you. If anyone came up to me off the streets (that I have never met), and asked me if i had any weed for sale, the answer will always be NO. I could have 50 keys stacked up in my bedroom closet and the answer will be NO.
