    Step

    1) Look at my name
    2) On the same line as the time of my post, there will be a scale-of-justice looking object on the far right side of your screen
    3) Click my scale thing
    4) There will be two radio buttons, the one that gives positive rep is automatically selected
    5) Type the reason why you are giving me positive rep
    6) Give a nice firm click to the "Add to Reputation" button.
