How do glass blown pipes have color designs inside them?

    I was talking with my buddy about this and I'm just curious as to how glass blowers create let's say a clear spoon pipe with specks of green and coils inside the clear glass. Thanks!

    Glass blowing... They add a solid layer, a frame you can call it. Then they lay the dyed glass over let it harden and do a layer ontop.
