I ran, ran so far away, for about 2 hours Well not really ran, i jogged, walked, jogged, almost coughed up a lung, jogged some more, walked for like 20 minutes because breathing's a bitch, joked some more and bought 4 Gatorade and 24 bottles of water. I'm tired of being fat man lol

I workout in the middle of the day. I'm not a morning person and if I workout at the end of the day, I'm already tired so my workout isn't very effective. On the weekends or days I'm off, I workout late morning before I head out to run errands. My workouts aren't long, 30-45 mins usually, I only do elliptical training and rarely do strength/weight training
