Ok no pics right now, but I have 3 clones and they are about 5-7 inches tall. From the last node down to the roots is about 4-5 inches so should I plant them all the way down to the first node, or if i just plant them a couple inches deep will new nodes grow under the first set of nodes? They are stiva's and already going to be tall. Dairy Queen. I'm planting these into hempy buckets. 5 gallon ones I think. Buy the perlite today. .
Cut the extra off instead of burying deep. Then just clone normal. make sure to score the sides of the stem that goes into the substrate so the roots will grow from more areas on the stem.
Ahhhh Sry I missed that! then plant them deeper but score the stem close to were the soil level stops to encourage rooting up higher.
