Hey GC, im using these lights- Holland Hydroponics - PS1 Purple Propagation Light I would greatly appreciate if someone would tell me how close should they be to my newly sprouted seedlings
3-6 inches. You can put t5's as close as you want as long as heat isn't an issue. It'll keep em from stretching.
thanks for the reply bud, heat definitely isn't an issue at the moment. Might even put them a bit closer
with all lights, one of the best (if not the best) ways to test for light heat is by the back of the hand test. hold the back of your hand up by your light. the distance you're wanting to place the light from your plants. if the heat is too much for the back of your hand, it's too much for your plants...
