august 8, 2009 the famous festival is normaly an austin but this year its here in houston and i was wondering whos going..and for those with experiance in this festival....how tight is police and smoking ill be there with my green shirt that says" this is my pot smoking tshirt' look for me
in downtown in the buffalo bayou around that area...one day is 9 bucks and two days is 18...u can get tickets at Vinyledge record shop or some other places
