Hookahs and tea steam stones?

    What is this stuff. Comes in a gram jar? I'm new to anything with Hookahs.

    -what are these steam stones.
    -what effects they provide?
    -help for sleeping or anything?
    -get a buzz like marijuana on any?

    From Googling, steam stones appear to be shisha but in a rock form that has no tobacco or anything.


    At most, you'll get a slight nicotine buzz, if there even is any.
