    Can you buy hookah tobacco in any cigarette shop?
    Or do you have to buy it from a hookah bar?

    You can find shisha in a lot of tobacco shops.

    Yea find a tobacco shop like bronco said. Other than that.. not too sure where else you could find it, you should be able to find it there.

    pretty much any smoke shop

    Starbuzz has some REEEEALLLLY good flavors, but its a bit more expensive
