Hmm company in Hong Kong. They speak Chinese in Hong Kong. Not English. Why should they be required to have perfect, pristine English to communicate with you when you're the one buying the scale from a "company in Hong Kong," where they speak Chinese? Who the fuck cares. You can easily decipher what they're attempting to say. Not everybody speaks English, and there will never be a time when the whole world is English speaking. Get over it.
I think they did a good job man. At least they try. Us English speakers are terrible at other languages.(not everyone, but you know.)
First of all, the spelling was completely correct, it's just the use of words that's fucked up. Also, they speak Chinese/Cantonese in Hong Kong so it's pretty ignorant to blame them for not having perfect english. If you had to write somthing in Chinese do you think you would be able to put together perfect forming sentances 100 percent of the time? If it gets the point across what's the problem anyway! I can understand the humour in people not being able to make correctly structured sentances but when it's from people who have a completely differnt alphabet as well as a forign language i's not really that funny.

I just spent 2 months in Hong Kong. If you are having trouble communicating ask for someone else from their company to type it. I found 9 out of 10 people I interacted with all over HK spoke perfect english. It's a very international city, great place.
