Okay I used a soft white light bulb, cleaned it out with salt rinsed it out 20+ times but around the very base of the glass there is a sort of smudge it may be the white originally there or the water condensation but it wouldn't come off no matter how much salt I used. Its not blatantly white so it may just be a smudge or such. I am wondering if this is safe still, I've made one of these befores and it works like charm. thanks
