Hey yall, i found a piece of drift wood at lake pleasant az and its the perfect shape for a pipe, i just dont know if its safe to smoke with or even what kind of wood it is. Any help and advice would be appreciated.also, its very sovt and easily carved.it burns very easily any suggestions on fire proofing?
Get a metal bowl from a cheap metal pipe. Carve out a place for it on that piece of drift wood. It's what I would do. That way the metal bowl keeps you from smoking driftwood.
Smoking out of driftwood is bad in the first place, I'd first leave it over a fire or something, the smoke would get rid of all the bad shit in it, driftwood is full of germs, even if it's been out of the water.
