I have accidentally crossed a male Hindu Kush with a Himalayan Blue Diesel which is a auto flowering plant. The seeds are nice, dark brown with watermelon stripes. When crossing a photo plant with an already watered down ruderalis hybrid its very hard to predict which characteristics it will take on, so you have 2 options. 1, you keep the plants under 20/4 for 5-7 weeks and see if it starts to flower. 2, you clone the plants and place a clone under 12/12 and see if there is any pistols after a week or two.
