  1. Hi friends
I have a focused question about growing and fertilizing:
When the male plant begins to take out pods, then how many days should I wait until inside the pods will be the yellow pollen of the stamens?

thanks, have a good day :)

The center flower has just opened. Over the next 10 days he'll drop pollen.

  4. It's gonna be slightly different with each plant cause they all flower on different schedules. That said, it'll be a few weeks from onset. Just look at the flowers and when they start to open you'll know. I generally wait till the flower clusters are more developed cause people say early pollen isn't as good. Don't know if it's true, but I do it anyway.

By the way, I see from your picture, that the branches of the male are in a jar with water.
Do you cut the males and transfer them to a jar with water as soon as you see the pods start to sprout?
