I have a plant who looks like it could have hermaphrodited on me. I am slightly confused if this is the case because what looks to be a banana seems to be awfully small and not quite like the pictures I have seen. I have googled this a few times and found more pictures, but it just doesnt quite fit mine. Currently pictures are unavailble because it is dark hours in my flowering tent. Anyways here are my questions Do hermaphrodite flowers develop singley(like 1 banna in one location)? Do these eventually swell up big before they explode?' Can anyone give me some more clear pictures of a hermaphrodites? How long does it usually take before they open? If this is hermie is there any trick into flushing this plant of its nutrients so it does not taste like fertilizer?
Read the thread? Wow, I wish I had thought of that... 1) possibly 2) not necessarily 3) see the sticky -- if those pics aren't clear enough for you then I don't know what else will be 4) no set time, that's why you get rid of them asap 5) flushing is flushing
