If it's a regular female then yes but it will have a chance to be a hermie because they usually take that pollen and put it on a different female to reduce the chance it hermies in feminized seeds...it it was a fem seed already then the chances go up even higher
it will for sure be female just higher chance of herm...you can always grow some out and clone the one that doesnt herm if they do
