ok my seed has two white things w=one has two little floweres i left it in the paper towel for to long will it be ok wich way will i put in my soil thanks
It's fine. Handle very gingerly, don't touch the white parts if possible. Get it out of the paper towel before the roots grab the fibers. Plant in soil with the leaves barely out of the top (leaves right not flowers as you said?). Then come back to this site and read, read, read. Check the links in my sig below.
I can't emphasize enough that he said "GINGERLY". The taproot, when elongated like that, can be very fragile.
